Organized as part of our Community of Practice activities, this event offers a unique regional platform to connect actors, discover local initiatives, and exchange practical solutions for strengthening local organic food systems.
Spotlight on the French Living Lab
This Study Tour takes you directly to the heart of the project’s practical infrastructure. Lycée du Valentin operates as one of our 12 regional Living Labs across 9 European countries, focusing on real-world organic experimentation.
During the tour, participants will have the opportunity to get to know firsthand the innovations that this living lab is actively carrying out within the project.
On the Agenda
- Fruit Processing Tour: Explore the operational fruit processing workshop at Lycée Le Valentin to see the “Fruit Cooperation” innovation and regional practices in action.
- Local Stakeholder Engagement: Meet and exchange experiences directly with organic producers and processors from the region.
- CoP Networking: Participate in peer-to-peer discussions alongside European partners and cross-border stakeholders.
