How can we ensure that the younger generation grows up eating healthy, planet-friendly meals while simultaneously expanding the market for local farmers? The cooperative’s answer is B2K (Dobrze Goes Kitchen). This ambitious initiative focuses on developing entirely new sales channels by introducing local organic produce directly into professional and institutional kitchens across Warsaw. To ensure operational feasibility and smooth logistics, the project’s immediate focus targets private kindergartens and schools close to the existing shops, where management structures allow for agile B2B marketing adjustments. Over time, the model aims to scale up into public institutions, alongside providing organic snack and fruit packages for local, fair-minded businesses and offices.
Transitioning a busy kitchen away from unsustainable mass-catering habits is a complex task. Kitchen managers face tight budgets, strict dietary regulations, and a general lack of organic supply lines. To overcome these challenges, B2K is designed as a holistic support package rather than just a delivery service. Working alongside the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW), the Dobrze team conducts thorough market research, designs operational logistics, and stands shoulder-to-shoulder with chefs to rethink menus and optimize costs. The initiative also integrates a complementary educational program. Through interactive recipe workshops, experiential farm visits for children, and practical guides on reducing food waste, B2K turns institutional canteens into hubs of health, environmental awareness, and value of organic farming.
